Soundible Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Soundible Studios. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing merchandise or booking recording services.

1. Merchandise (Printed-on-Demand Products)

All merchandise is made-to-order, custom printed for each customer.

  • No standard returns or exchanges: Because items are produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, style, or personal preference.

  • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of deliverywith clear photos. We will, at our discretion:

    • Replace the item

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • Shipping issues: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.

2. Recording Services (Vocal Recording / Studio Services)

  • Non-refundable: Payments for recording sessions are final and non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated.

  • Quality assurance: If you experience a technical issue or other problem during your session, contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

    • Re-recording the session (if feasible)

    • Adjustments or editing corrections

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows are considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable.

3. General Terms

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
